1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DataPro ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform immediately. These terms apply to all users including registered accounts, guests, and agents.

2. About DataPro

DataPro is a Ghanaian digital platform that enables users to purchase mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo networks. We act as a reseller/aggregator and are not affiliated with or a subsidiary of these network operators.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. DataPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false information is detected.

4. Purchases & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable charges.
• Payments are processed securely via Paystack or your DataPro wallet.
• Once a data bundle order is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled.
• DataPro is not liable for failed deliveries caused by network operator downtime.
• Guest purchases require a valid email address for receipt and dispute resolution.

5. Wallet

Your DataPro wallet balance is held by DataPro for the purpose of purchasing data bundles on our platform. Wallet funds are non-transferable to third parties and cannot be exchanged for cash, except in cases of account closure or as provided by our Refund Policy.

6. Agent Programme

Agents operate independent storefronts under their own branding. DataPro is not responsible for agreements made between agents and their customers outside of this platform. Agents must comply with all applicable Ghanaian laws when operating their stores. DataPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any agent account for violations of these terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral rewards
• Selling or transferring your account to another person

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of DataPro or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, DataPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data delivery delays, wallet errors, or third-party payment failures.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
