1. Our Commitment

DataPro is committed to ensuring every data bundle order is delivered successfully. Where delivery fails through no fault of the customer, we will resolve the issue promptly through a re-delivery or refund.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • The data bundle was not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • The data was delivered to the wrong number due to a platform error (not user error)
  • You were charged but no order was created
  • A duplicate charge occurred for the same order

3. When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund

  • You entered the wrong recipient phone number — always double-check before confirming
  • The data was delivered successfully but consumed before you noticed
  • Delivery was delayed due to the network operator (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and is still in progress
  • The dispute is raised more than 48 hours after the order was placed
  • The order is still in "Processing" or "Accepted" status

4. How to Raise a Dispute

You can raise a dispute in two ways:

  1. Go to My Orders → find the failed order → tap Dispute Order
  2. Contact our support team via the in-app chat or email support@dataprogh.com with your order reference

Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the order date.

5. Resolution Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: Within 2 hours of submission
  • Investigation: Up to 24 hours
  • Resolution: Refunds credited to wallet within 24 hours of approval

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to your DataPro wallet balance. Wallet-to-bank transfers are not available for refunds. Wallet funds can be used for future purchases.

7. Agent Store Purchases

Purchases made through an agent's DataPro store are subject to the same refund policy. Disputes should be raised directly with DataPro, not the individual agent.

8. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

Wallet top-ups that were successfully processed by Paystack cannot be refunded to your original payment method. If a top-up was charged but your wallet was not credited, contact support within 24 hours with your Paystack reference number.
